Next Monday March 7th we've invited former Alias sous chef Shawn Knight back to help us celebrate Fat Monday in true Louisiana style!
Shawn spent much of the 90's in New Orleans and we know first hand that he can whip up an amazing Gumbo. No surprise given that he worked with Emeril Lagasse and Susan Spicer.
In additon to Shawn's amazing menu (see below) expect a dose of decorations, beads, masks and king cake - from then on in it's up to you to make the party - we know it's going to be fun!
We open at 7pm so that you can kick off with a Cajun Cocktail created specifically for this meal. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm. Be sure to make a reservation by calling (212) 505 5011.
