Next Monday March 14th we're very excited to welcome Ann Rossi as our guest chef at our Monday Night Dinner Party.
One of the founding chefs at the Bridge Cafe on Water Street, Ann's career has seen her at the helm of 3 succesful Restaurants and a catering company.
Ann currently works as a private chef, still finding time to pursue her other passion - teaching the culinary arts, sharing her experience and encouraging the next generation of graduates to excell!
Interestingly, Ann thinks of Alias as "Uptown", given her NY roots in the South Street Seaport! We're very glad that she's agreed to venture north of Delancey! - check out her menu below and you'll see why!
We open at 7pm so that you can kick off with a cocktail created specifically for this meal by mixologist and friend "Page". Dinner will be served at 7:30pm. Be sure to make a reservation by calling (212) 505 5011.

Hello Everyone
When was the last time I got to cook for you? - a while back? - here's a chance to change all that!
On Monday 14th March I'm going to be guest cheffing at my friends' restaurant Alias on Clinton Street on the so called Lower East Side.
For those of us who were used to going to the Bridge Cafe though this is going to feel positively uptown!!
I'm drawing inspiration from my time in New York as I treat you to some old school classics that'll remind you amongst other things of my stint at La Colombe D'Or.
My menu is below - I really hope you'll be able to join me. Seating begins at 7pm for 7.30pm dinner on Monday 14th March. Get there on the early side to try Page's amazing Fig Martini w/ Orange!
