Next Monday February 28th we're delighted to welcome back Michael Citarella as our guest chef at our Monday Night Dinner Party.
Michael's last Alias dinner in October was a hit and a sell out and we've been trying to woo him back ever since! He's just returned from a stint in Italy and that shows in the delicious menu he's proposing.
His letter to friends and fans and his proposed menu follows.
We open at 7pm so that you can kick off with a cocktail. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm. Be sure to make a reservation by calling (212) 505 5011.

Dear Friends
I hope this finds you well..... and hungry!
I have some exciting news - the folks at Alias Restaurant have invited me back to guest chef and host another dinner party their Lower East Side location on Monday 28th February.
I have been thinking of a couple of new dishes to prepare for this event that will be influenced by my love of Italian food and exciting flavors.
Please join me for another great night at Alias where I will be cooking this special menu for you.
My proposed menu is below, but, as you know, I am also driven by the seasons, the ingredients, even the weather, so expect some changes along the way!
