Next Monday October 25th we're delighted to welcome Michael Citarella as our guest chef at our Monday Night Dinner Party.

Michael is no stranger to some of the best known kitchens in New York City.  Most recently he has been private cheffing and is excited to get back in to a restaurant kitchen, (for one night at least!)  to wow us with his food.

His letter to friends and fans and his proposed menu follows. 

We open at 7pm so that you can kick off with a cocktail.  Dinner will be served at 7:30pm. Be sure to make a reservation by calling (212) 505 5011.

MICHAEL'S LETTER TO FRIENDS & FANS

Dear Friends

I hope this finds you well..... and hungry!

As many of you already know, I've been spending some time cooking outside of restaurants. During this time my friends and family have been asking me when I'd get the opportunity to cook for them again in the city - Well here it is!!

The wonderful people at Alias Restaurant have invited me to guest chef and host a dinner party on the Lower East Side at their location on Monday 25th October 2010.

While I have been enjoying the hands type of cooking that working as a private chef offers, I am looking forward to cooking in a restaurant environment again and I would love to have all of you there.

I'm excited about hitting the farmers' market and creating an autumn menu of some of my favorite dishes.

My proposed menu is below, but, as you know, I am inspired by the seasons, the ingredients, even the weather, so expect some changes along the way!

I really hope you can make it to this dinner.  It's 7pm for 7.30pm on Monday 25th October - Call 212-505-5011 to reserve - there are only 50 seats!
