Next Monday October 11th we're delighted to welcome back our peripatetic friend and chef at large Jason Neroni.
Jason has just spent the summer with his family in Southern California. Whilst there, he has, as usual, found great inspiration for his food - but possibly not quite what you might expect.
His letter to friends and fans and his proposed menu follows. As you'll see, he's tempting us with a delicious Asian-inspired menu bursting with flavor.
As usual, we'll open at 7pm so that you can kick off with a cocktail. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm.
There's only one sitting and space is limited so be sure to make a reservation by calling (212) 505 5011.

Jason's Letter
dear friends
growing up in westminster in orange county, ca, officially known as "little saigon" and unofficially known as hub for vietnamese, thai, chinese and korean expats, I developed an affinity for pan-asian cuisine.
this was reawakened this year over a summer of supping on pho, bahn bao and bibimbap.
on monday, october 11th, i'll be sharing my inspiration with a dinner
