Feedback and New Procedures to Improve Customer Service
1. By September, we will purchase a second register to speed up check out.
2. We will purchase new equipment to help nails dry quicker.
3. When a technician is out sick, clients will be contacted and given the choice to reschedule with the technician of there choice or continue to come in with someone different.
4. We will institute appreciation months in the future for our Teachers, Police Officers, and Firefighters.
5. We will work more diligently than ever to ensure that our clients are not waiting for their scheduled appointments.
