Pre-Heat Oven to: 400
2QT Oven Safe Casserole Dish
Ingredients:
2 cans Reduced Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed (you can grill, broil, poach or saute) Aprox. 2 Cups.
12 oz. Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
2/4 Cup Skim Milk
1 Egg
1/2 Cups Reduced Fat Bisquick
Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder to taste.
Directions:
Spray the casserole dish with Pam to make it easier to clean. In the casserole, combine the soup, chicken, veggies and spices.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg and Bisquick.
Pour evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
NOTE: You could easily double in a larger casserole.
Serves 4 as a main-dish serving.
