Greetings!
As the trees start to lose their leaves, its important to remove any that are near your Condenser (outdoor unit), fallen leaves may hinder the efficiency of you're A/C Unit, so make it a habit to clear your air conditioning unit of leaves and debris. If you haven't had your annual tune up yet, now is the perfect time. We have a Halloween Treat - call and get yours today for $69.00.
If you have seen our ads, you know how costly leaking air ducts can be. If you are thinking about having your ducts inspected autumn is a great time to do so as we are able to offer lower prices during the off season, keeping you happy. And, cooler days equal cooler attics; which means cooler Service Technicians!
With cooler autumn days and the beginning of the Holiday Season there are many upcoming events in the county. Seems like the first weekend in November is popular:

Chill Chat Tip |
Air Conditioning Efficiency Can Be Obtained By Keeping the Outdoor Unit Clear Of Debris, Leaves And Shrubbery--your air conditioner may look neat on the inside, but that does not mean that it can do away without inspection or cleaning. Remember, not everything is installed inside. A part of it is left outside the house, which means that you need to check once in a while whether the outdoor unit, too, is accumulating unwanted dirt. One important thing to note are the trees that sit beside it. Fallen leaves may hinder the efficiency of the air conditioning unit so make it a habit to clear your air conditioning units with fallen shrubs. Back to Top |
