(NYSE: UTX), for its overall quality, leadership and excellence in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.  Dealerships were selected and honored at a ceremony held in Tampa, Fla. on March 5. Bay Area was the only dealer in West Coast Florida to win this award. The President's Award is presented to an elite group of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers (FAD) who achieved excellence in product promotions and delivered superior customer satisfaction. Recipients of this award, one of Carrier's highest honors, exemplify the company's model for operational excellence, business effectiveness and delivering the best in cutting-edge technology to consumers.
