IRMG focuses on Cost Containment in the administration of claims. Litigation Management is at the top of our list in keeping the cost of claims to a minimum. IRMG deals directly with Insureds, without counsel or third party involvement, giving Insureds a better understanding of their policies and the claims process. Decades of experience have proven that the more informed a claimant, the less likely he or she is to enter litigation.

 

Our goal is to keep insureds happy by providing them with the information necessary to carry them through the claims process, and to protect underwriters' interests by keeping the cost of claims administration to a minimum. Our customer service efforts are tried and true. Since the inception of our Litigation Management process, there has been a significant drop in the number of claims entering litigation.  Since 2007 there has been only one suit filed.
