Below is an update of this lasts week's auction.  It was busy auction with some fantastic deals purchased.  Whether you are looking for a flip, residence, or rental, the deals are out there.  With so many properties being sold at the auction, everyone has an opportunity to win!  As of today, there are still 275 properties still scheduled for auction this Friday.  There are already some great opening bids.  

Mortgage rates are still below 5% for both rental and end user properties and banks continue to discount the debt owed on a lot of these properties, so don't miss your opportunity!!
