Greetings!

March is National Nutrition Month!

2011 is the start of a brand new year!
Time to refocus and simplify your life where you can.

Not eating right?
Lost creativity in the kitchen?
Don't have enough time in the day to get it all done?

Maybe it's time to have someone come in and take that burden off your shoulders and do the cooking for you every week!  Think about it...it's totally affordable, REALLY!

Sincerely,
Rhiannon Fenstermaker

Grilled Salmon with Bulgur
Try Bulgur!
Looking for something new to try as a side dish?  Bulgur is a whole grain.  It's a type of a quick cooking form of wheat .  It's kind of like a cross between rice and couscous, but with a "meatier" texture.  Ever wonder what's in tabbouleh? Yup, you guessed it, bulgur.  It's high in fiber, protein, potassium, iron and B3 plus manganese.  It can be eaten as a side dish, stuffing or used in baked goods.  It's easy to cook too!
It's Easy...
1cup of boiling broth, water or juice (pineapple or apple)
Then add 1 cup of bulgur.  (Add more liquid if needed)
Turn off and let sit 30 mins. until absorbed.
Saute up some veggies, fruits or toast nuts and toss with bulgur.
Toss with egg whites and veggies and make a wrap.  Or make your own tabbouleh.

New Updated Website

Since it is a new year I'm trying to simplify as well!  I've update my website and cleaned it up making it easier to navigate.  I'm excited, the counter on my website is almost at 1000 hits!  Thank you to all of you that have supported my business and myself throughout these years.  Keep those website clicks coming and be sure to forward this newsletter to anyone you think can benefit from my services!

I also sell Tastefully Simple Products...

So, I am a personal chef, but I also sell Tastefully Simple gourmet food products.  Tastefully Simple is a home based taste-testing company.  If anyone has had TS products you know the spices are super tasty and can be made into dips, the baked goods are easy to make and delicious and the line of sauces, salsas etc. are fantastic!

Home taste-testing parties are wicked fun!  Grab one of TS frozen "slush buckets", make it boozy or non-boozy, invite your friends and try over 20 products for the night!  So much fun!  You don't have to wait for a party to order either.  You can order with me or on-line anytime!

Hostess rewards are pretty awesome!  Free products.  Yum.  Although I'd recommend a tasting party, you can still get free products for your sales by hosting a catalog party too!
