Curriculum maps now online
We have created "maps" of our curriculum, divided by cycle and subject, in order to show our families how we harmonize French and American pedagogy and incorporate 21st century skills. Please visit the Curriculum page on the FASRI website to check them out. Click the division (Maternelle, Elementary, Middle School) to see the maps for your student.
*Middle School mappings are posted now for Language Arts (French and English) and Science. Math and Social Studies will be available tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.

Afterschool & Language Center
La Garderie has begun! To help things run smoothly, please let your child know if they will stay after school when you drop them off in the mornings. Students in Grades 1-8 will fill in an Afterschool attendance sheet in their classrooms, and parents/guardians of Maternelle students are asked to do the same when they drop off in the classrooms. If you know what your child's schedule will be in advance, please contact Anne Lacoste Kapstein directly and she will take care of this for you.
Early-morning drop-off is also available Monday - Friday, from 7:30 AM.
After-school clubs begin the 17th of September. There is still room in most clubs, but space is filling up quickly. Please see/email Anne to register before spots sell out.
The Language Center kicks off on September 11 with an "Apéro Lesson." All who are interested are invited to come and see the class offerings, meet the teachers, take the placement tests, buy books, and mingle with other students. Registration for the classes will also be open at that time. If you know of any people outside the FASRI community who may be interested please spread the word!
For questions, comments, and all registration, please contact Anne Lacoste Kapstein, Coordinator of the Afterschool & Language Center: alkapstein@fasri.org.
