Do You Have A Connection That Can Help?

November is a spring and a summer away, but the Beaujolais Festival Committee is already quietly working behind the scenes preparing a fantastic event for the fall (November 16 at 7pm - save that date!).

This year's theme, MOULIN ROUGE, promises to bring us an exciting,
stylish, provocative, stunning evening. We can't wait to share with you what we have in store! We hope that this sneak peek of our cancan dancer below, la cancaneuse, will inspire you to help!!

Sponsorship is vital to the success of Beaujolais Festival. It helps defray the costs of the event and raise maximum funds for our students.

moulinrougeLast year, the Festival raised $30,000, and sponsorship made up a full 20% of that! In return for their support, companies benefit from:

  • marketing exposure in publicity materials and the Beaujolais website
  • a great opportunity to entertain employees or clients.

This is where you can help. If you work in (or own) a company that might be interested in sponsorship, please let us know. If you feel at all uncomfortable approaching them yourself, Marie-France, Stephanie and I will be happy to speak with you and together with you work out the best way to get your company involved.

There truly is something for everyone.  Packages range from a very affordable $500 to $5,000. Attached are the sponsorship materials so that you can see what is on offer.

Co-chairs Marie-France Morin and Stephanie Naudo and I will be following up with you in the near future. A HUGE thank you for your help. We simply can't do it without you!
