Inclement Weather System Test

On Tuesday, November 22, we will run a test of our AlertNow system: an automatic telephone system we use to contact you in case of inclement weather or other emergencies. You will receive a test phone call and voice mail; please do not call the School. If you do not receive a call and message, please update your contact information with Leah. Merci.

Parent/Teacher Conferences: Sign Up!

Sign-up sheets for parent/teacher conferences will be available in the Main Office as of tomorrow (Thursday, November 17). Remember: these are short meetings to discuss your child's report card. If you would like to discuss more in-depth questions or concerns, please schedule another time to meet with your child's teacher. Merci.

Maternelle Drop-off and Pick-up

Maternelle classes begin at 8:45. Children arriving late must stop by the office where they will wait for the assistant teacher to come to get them.

The Petite Section's half-day dismissal is at 11:30. Please respect this timeline. Any preschooler not picked-up at this time will follow their class to lunch. Full-day dismissal starts at 2:50 and ends at 3:15. When children are not picked up on time they go to Afterschool. They are not allowed to wait in the office. Thank you for your cooperation.

Videographer Needed for Holiday Concerts

We are looking for a FASRI parent with excellent camera equipment who could film both FASRI holiday shows (Maternelle and G1-8) in December, to be put on our FASRI YouTube channel. Please email kgorton@fasri.org if you are interested in volunteering your time. Merci!

SCRATCH is designed to help young people develop 21st century learning skills. As they create and share SCRATCH projects, young people learn important mathematical and computational ideas, while also learning to think creatively, reason systematically and work collaboratively.

The workshop is for 8 to 14 year old students (and their parents).
