A Note from the Head of School

Last week, we hosted a cocktail evening for the State of the School. We had a very nice time. Parents, faculty, and staff were invited to join the board to find out more about what the school has accomplished in the past and plans to do in the future. During the presentation, we showed the design of the play space we would like to develop in the back of the building. The project is in its preliminary stages. Further details, a timeline and fundraising plans will be discussed at the next board meeting in December.

I look forward to keeping you up to date about the project.

Dominique Thompson
Head of School

PARK CLEAN-UP: NEW DATE

The Fall Park Clean-Up has been rescheduled! It is now on Saturday, November 5, from 9 am - 12 pm. This is a great opportunity to mingle with other FASRI families and give back to the park that our students love dearly. We will rake leaves, pick up litter, do a little weeding, then have pizza.

This is the same day as the FASRI book fair and Open House, so you can do a bit of light outdoor work, buy a book, and see your child's learning evironment all in one trip.

CAFE DAY THIS FRIDAY

Put on by the Middle School. Come on down to the FASRI cafeteria for coffee, pastries, and community.
