Siblings are given special consideration for admission in Petite Section/Preschool. The 2012/13 application deadline is January 31, 2012. Elections are approaching for the 2011/12 School Forum parent representatives. The Forum is a great opportunity for parents to meet with teachers and administrators to talk about important issues. We are replacing four seats this year. If you are interested in running for a spot, please e-mail a short bio (your name, children's grades, and why you'd like to be on the Forum) to headofschool@fasri.org.

Stop & Shop A+ Bonus Bucks

Stop & Shop donates a percentage of purchases to FASRI made at their stores or through their online Peapod service.  We need as many Stop & Shop cards registered on the A+ website as possible.  Register your friends and family, too!

• Register your Stop & Shop card on their website at www.stopandshop.com/aplus

OR

• Add your card number to the registration sheet in the FASRI office and we'll register for you.

• If you registered your card last year and want to participate again, you must re-register this year for FASRI to receive credit.

Boxtops for Education  

The Box Tops program sends a check to FASRI equal to the number of coupons collected.  You can clip 10¢ Box Tops coupons from hundreds of products such as Betty Crocker®, Juicy Juice®, Ziploc®, Kleenex®, Hefty®, Avery binders, and more. Anyone who shops at Eastside Marketplace can help with this one.  Just save your receipts.  Eastside Marketplace donates 1% of the total value of collected receipts to FASRI.

• Drop your Eastside Marketplace receipts in the envelope located in the FASRI office or outside each maternelle classroom.

• No receipt is too old.

Un rendez-vous à ne pas manquer pour les nouvelles mamans et leur bébé chaque mois dans la salle de Motricité de FASRI. Venez nous rejoindre pour papoter entre mamans pendant que nos tout-petits s'amusent. Cette rencontre mensuelle aura lieu de 8:30 à 9:30am le 27 septembre, 24 octobre, 16 novembre, 13 décembre, 25 janvier, 13 février, 20 mars, 25 avril et le 16 mai et permettra aux mamans de discuter, de faire de nouvelles rencontres et de passer un moment relaxant autour d'une boisson chaude. Les enfants de zéro à trois ans sont les bienvenus! Des jouets et matelas seront mis à leur disposition.
