| AFTERNOON PICK-UP
A few tips for smooth and safe pick-up:
The start of the school is always a little hectic. Please make sure your sitters are aware of the school's pick up policy, bear with us, follow the school guidelines to the letter and be patient. It does improve.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation on this matter of school safety.
For Parents:
- Pre-elementary students (Pre-school to Kindergarten) exit at 2:50 pm. Please line up in front of the building going up John Street. As you may have noticed, John is a one-way Street during drop off and pick up time, a courtesy of the Providence Police Department for safety purposes.
- Parents of children Grades 1 and up: please do not enter the line before 3:00 pm. You child will not be released until then and you are holding everyone up, forcing cars to circle hazardously around you to get out.
- Everyone must stay in the line and wait for the line to move forward. There is no passing.
- You/your sitter need to buckle the kid into the car seat: please make it fast and teach your child to get settled quickly, as people behind you are waiting.
- Thank you to the people who continue to display their child's name on the windshield. It is helpful.

Lots of changes are happening at FASRI. Thank you for attending and thank you for the positive feedback. If you have any questions please talk to your teachers. They will be happy to explain what they are doing. We are all looking forward to a great year. The most important thing is that the students seem very happy.
