Greetings! moon and star

Did you ever use the phrase 'once in a blue moon'? Well, today's that day. This is the 2nd full moon of the month, so that makes it a blue moon. It doesn't happen too often. Maybe it's a day to do something unusual?
 
Not me. It's been pretty much business as usual. I did find out that my new website was not optimized for search engines as I had thought. And, wordpress is new to me except for my blog. Blog-what blog? Have I written in a blog in the last month? No. There's been lots to do with the launch of my new website and new programs, so I'm a little behind schedule in some areas.  So, I've been spending time familiarizing myself with my site more and getting optimized-great tips in article below!

Harness the Power of LinkedIn

LinkedIn is a powerful marketing/networking tool are you getting all you can out of your profile?  

 

I found this very useful article that I want to share with you about linkedin: 12 Ways to Spice Up Your Linkedin Profile

 

 

I especially liked tip#7 and I recently saw this on a webinar too. You can personalize what your website links are called. Instead of website, it can say name of your opt-in gift or something about what you do. Very cool!  

 

And, LinkedIn shows up so powerfully through search engines that it really helps your business visibility to optimize your listing there even if you don't really use linkedin, just for showing up better through search terms.  

 

Think about this too: if someone thinks about going doing business with you, they might check your listing on LinkedIn as a way out to check you out.
