You want guidance and strength to leap forward and to maintain the changes you keep making. Each time you leap, you need courage to maintain it and to leap again.
I work with mindset, changing thoughts and emotions, working with the Law of Attraction (LOA) and beyond and other Universal Laws to use claim the life that you know you can achieve, you know that you desire!
It's not just about mindset. You need to take the right steps to create what you desire. What are your opportunities? Where do you stop? Do you recognize how your unique skills? Do you recognize and charge what you are worth?

Greetings!
 How excited are you about your business? Sometimes, it's little things that can cause you to lose some of the excitement and enthusiasm you usually have. That's how it was for me this week.
I made a decision to change from offering healing and energy clearing sessions to coaching because I didn't want to do the work FOR my clients any longer. I want to assist clients in doing it for themselves. Now, that's not to say that I don't help in a big way when it's needed. I do. That's one thing that I offer in my business: many tools and techniques to help create the shift.
But, a little while ago, I started providing some of the smaller service offerings for clients again. I had already decided not to do this. I knew what I wanted for my clients and offering these smaller things was not it. It's because I like to work with clients at a REALLY BIG LEVEL (read more below) and assist in the big shifts that I have achieved. So, why was I offering small packages to clients that hadn't really made the decision to make a big shift in their lives?
Sometimes, it happens insidiously. You make an exception for someone. Or, you decide to do it based on a quick cash infusion. And, when you make the decision to do it once, it's easier to do it again. (This is the same way for something bigger or smaller-I like heading toward the bigger!)
Pretty soon, you forget your vision and why you had made the change in the first place. That is, if you don't have someone keeping you on track. It's easy to offer something that you do well and can offer that you're not passionate about. And, what's wrong with it? If someone is willing to pay you for it, you're still making money, right?
When you put your energy into something that you're no longer passionate about or never were, it does several things:
- It takes your focus off what you want to do
- You lose energy, passion and excitement for your business
- It lessens your value
- You start attracting fewer people
- You no longer represent your vision
- You attract people who want that thing you're not passionate about, not what you really want to offer
It's a downward spiral. Don't do it. Take it from me!

Go Big! Do you have a big dream for your business?
Is your dream a secret? You know that feeling you have deep inside you that you just know will work out or that you desire to get to.... to get to the place where you are having a big impact and living your life the way you really want to, at a bigger level than you admit to when you talk to your friends. It's okay, you can tell me. That's what I'm here to do, listen to your secret desires and help you make them come true. I listen to secret thoughts and desires all the time. Often, you don't tell me right away. It comes out in our conversation when you feel safe enough and encouraged enough to know that it's not silly and you could really do it...that it's okay to think big.
When you tell me you want to make six-figures (or that you want to triple your income if you're at the lower end of 5-figures), that is when I tell you that I can help you make it happen. IF you're ready.
If you don't have a big mission or desire, I'm not the coach for you, not yet, anyway. I can refer you to some other great coaches and you can get back to me when you're ready to 'Go Big'.
If you're working with someone already, on marketing and systems as part of a big group, you still are likely to need help with keeping the right mindset and implementing all that you're learning, if you want to go big. And, if you're trying to do it completely on your own, you're going to need help. It's hard to keep the energy that is needed to really step out BIG in your business AND in your life and stay focused in the right direction to take the steps that you need at this level!

Unleash Your Profit SessionHere is one tip for creating the success you desire:- Look at the activities you are spending time on in your business.
- Rate each one that you spend at least one hour a week on, from a '1' to '10'.
- Anything that is not really high up there, at least a '7', you shouldn't be doing any longer.
- Ask yourself, 'does it need to be done?' If it does, find someone to do it, even if it's a trade right now. We've talked about that before.
- But, you may also have activities or services that you are still offering or went back to offering that you are not passionate about. They are not connected to who you are now and where you're going.
- Think of the big vision for your business. Do your services all fit into the big vision of where you're going and are you passionate and excited about each one?
- If not, come up with a plan to phase them out. Don't be afraid to let go of something you're lukewarm about.
It makes room for things you're super-excited about! What do you think that does to your business and your energetic vibration??
