This newsletter is intended for people who want to change their lives and want support to strengthen and maintain the changes they are making. I started this business started as energy & bodywork, added communication by incorporating life coaching, then integrated the two by working with individual alignments, changing thoughts and emotions, working with the Law of Attraction (LOA) to use the positive energy and focus to attract the life you want!

Tools for Manifesting
For those of you who have been connected with me for awhile, you know that I have been manifesting changes in my life and business and I help others do this too. I know this is a big interest for you, so see if this gives you any ideas.
- Make an altar. Place things you love that bring you joy and happiness and positive energy there. Think of colors you love, objects from the ocean or woods or field or garden, a candle, pictures, stones or minerals, a pretty cloth or just a nice tabletop. Create it in a way so that it makes you happy and uplifts your energy to look at it or walk by it. Then, you can also place items or something symbolic in relation to something that you are wanting to manifest. When you place it in this positive energy of what it already affecting your thoughts and energy, it will help bring in into fruition.
- Get crystal clear about what you want and why and what your purpose is and what you want to bring into your life and what you want to offer to others. WRITE about it! IMAGINE it! DRAW it! CREATE it!
- Participate in inquiry about your current circumstances, situation, feelings and thoughts. Be willing to experience them. Feeling angry, sad, jealous, disappointed, etc. does not prevent good things from happening in your life. Staying in those feelings does. And, when you continually have those feelings or thoughts buried within you and don't express them because you want to "remain positive", you are not helping the situation. The Law of Attraction is based on the energetic vibration you send out, which includes your thoughts, feelings, things you say and your actions. So, if the feelings or thoughts are in there somewhere, even unconscious or subconscious, it's better to find out what's there, explore it and process it so you can move on to a different feeling or thought. It's like experiencing grief and loss. It works better if you actually get in touch and feel the loss instead of keeping it buried inside you. Moving through these feelings is usually an ongoing process and you get more clear the more you do. You can do this on your own or with help.
- Take small steps. Don't avoid doing something because you can't do it all at once. If you are creating a business, it will take many small steps to create it and they all add up. If you are feeling very impatient, angry or depressed about it, then go back to the tip above and work through the feelings. Remember, "You don't have to leap across the whole pond at once. You can jump from lily pad to lily pad."
- Connect with Spirit or your Intuition. This can be a great form of Guidance for you. It will often give you your next step. It will come in the form of Inspiration. Take time to connect to your Inner Knowing through quiet time. When your mind is clear of worrying thoughts, plans, busyness, Inspiration will shine through.
- Enjoy fun, creative, playful activities in your life. This changes your state of being, your mood and your energy. You are sending out positive energy when you do this and it helps in attracting good things into your life, especially if you have affirmations written down.
