I started this business started as energy & bodywork, added communication by incorporating life coaching, then integrated the two by working with individual alignments, changing thoughts and emotions, working with the Law of Attraction (LOA) to use the positive energy and focus to attract the life you want!

Exciting News!
I have spent the past few months getting in touch with what is really important to me in life, both personally and professionally. The answer is still: assisting clients in creating their passions and discovering their strengths. This is so important to me that I worked through many issues in my life recently to make sure that my path is clear to share my strengths.
I am also renaming my series of sessions for working with clients on an ongoing basis. The name will be: "Live your passions, Create your Strengths" Or "Creating your Passion, Living your Strengths" Or some variation of those words. My main purpose in life is to assist others in finding theirs. But, purpose sounds too regimented to me, like something we are "supposed to" do. I am living my passion and I am having fun. I love waking up each day and doing what I love to do! When we discover what energizes and excites us, it doesn't feel like work to be doing it.

I am offering my What's Your Next Step Coaching Group, will be a small-group coaching. It's a 4-week-at-a-time coaching group to guide you in your next steps in your life.... mainly focuses on career, your purpose, gifts and passions and your value. Attunements start by email on the 23rd or 24th and the workshop completes your master certification. Please provide your email address with payment so you can receive the attunements.
This course includes 3 distance attunements prior to in-person workshops. You will receive manuals by email with each distance attunement. During the workshop, we will discuss protocol for use, answer questions about treatments and attunements and you will practice and receive a Kundalini Reiki session. You will be certified to give attunements to others after taking this course. You will receive your Master Kundalini Reiki Cerificate at the workshop.
These attunements include all updates to Kundalini Reiki. They are very powerful and if you are dedicated to practicing them, they will open up your kundalini energy.
The energy feels very different than Usui Reiki, much more intense, more grounding and very unique, very clearing and strengthening for lower chakras. You will be able to attune others to Diamond Reiki, Crystalline, DNA, Birth Trauma, Locations, Past Life, Balance and Situations, Relationships & Events. More Info

Energy Mentorship Update
My year-long Energy Mentorship Program started January 13th and meets again today. I am so excited to be teaching this class! We are meeting monthly by teleclass. Each participant is also working with their partner weekly, practicing the energy techniques they are learning. I am working individually with each participant, assisting in growth, evolution and a deeper connection with Spirit. We are communicating by email throughout the month and have some sessions included in the program during the year. We also just started a series of books we are reading together. I provide individual assistance in each class to help students connect with Spirit at a very high level, learn energy techniques and practice doing them for yourself and others, in-person and from a distance.
The response to the class has been very positive. These are some of the comments:
"I just wanted to let you know [a class participant] and I had a great meeting today.... our connection, practice went great! I'm really excited!." "I can not tell you how my life has changed...Phone is ringing off the hook with people wanting my services, a total of 14 since class started. I am having so much fun with it all."
