Window of Opportunity
It's the New Year today! And, Mercury just went direct at the end of last week. That brings us back to the link that I shared a month ago, from Mark Borax's Astrological newsletter, when he wrote about the beginning of the year being unusual with all of the planetary influences being direct.
Here's an excerpt: "From December 29, 2010 through Jan 19, 2011 we'll experience a rare period where nothing is retrograde in the sky. Everything will be direct. None of the fifteen astrological bodies, including Alpha-Omega (Chiron) and the four main asteroids will be in reverse process; all will be heading forward. The last time we had a few weeks like this was January 1997, which means that during each moment of the last fourteen years something or other was inverted, turned-around, inside-out or backwards. Inspiring People
Last month, I recommended healing modalities that really work. This month, I wanted to take time to talk about people who have made a difference to me in 2010.

Jennifer does work similar to me. She works with healers and business owners like myself, and like I do also, and helps to discover, clear and move through blocks to prosperity, happiness and joy and move into your purpose. Her modalities are different from mine. She is a Coach, Healer and tunes in to Spirit to guide clients into a fertile space in their businesses and lives.
I have enjoyed getting to know and participating in programs of Julia Stege. She has helped me to get more clear about what I do and why and be more clear about what I do. She only works with those who are living their truth and passion or wanting to. I have that in common with her, too. Energy Mentorship Program
I am excited to announce that my year-long intensive Energy Mentorship Program starts January 13th. We will work by phone the 2nd Thursday at 2-3:30pm Eastern time as a group each month, each member will also work with a partner weekly, practicing the energy techniques they are learning and I will work individually with each participant, assisting in growth, evolution and a deeper connection with Spirit. We have just started a series of books we are reading together. There is still room for you if you are still thinking of it and I would be happy to talk to you about it personally to help you make the decision to see if it is right for you. I will be providing individual assistance in each class to help you connect with Spirit at a very high level, learn energy techniques and practice doing them for yourself and others, in-person and from a distance. I am offering my What's Your Next Step? Class, in January, by donation, as promised, to start your New Year off right. The format will be a small coaching group. It's a 4-week-at-a-time group to guide you in your next steps in your life.... maybe career, personal decisions, your purpose or happiness. It will be offered by Donation. See link for details. The group will be offered on Tuesday afternoons, 2-3pm Eastern U.S. time, January 11th through February 1st, for the 1st 4-week series. This group will continue each month, so you can use it to coach you through the year. This will be subject to change, depending on how well it goes and my time availability.

Attunements start by email on the 6th and the workshop completes your master certification. Please provide your email address with payment so you can receive the attunements.
This course includes 3 distance attunements prior to in-person workshops. You will receive manuals by email with each distance attunement. During the workshop, we will discuss protocol for use, answer questions about treatments and attunements and you will practice and receive a Kundalini Reiki session. You will be certified to give attunements to others after taking this course. You will receive your Master Kundalini Reiki Cerificate at the workshop.
These attunements include all updates to Kundalini Reiki. They are very powerful and if you are dedicated to practicing them, they will open up your kundalini energy.

Are you Creating Health in Your New Year?
I am feeling great, in the best health I have been in years. I really enjoyed reading The Hormone Diet. It added a lot to work I have done in the past on eating and health. I ate a little off from my healthy eating for the holidays, but quickly get back on to great eating very soon after. This way of eating has brought my body back into balance to help it function more efficiently. I have lost weight and have more energy and an improved state of mind.
