More Planetary Changes
We have a little time left before Mercury goes into retrograde again. It's a good time to start anything new that you are planning before Mercury Retrograde on December 10th. Natalie Kimbrough, another spiritual teacher like myself who I have mentioned in a past newsletter, has a radio show on Voice America and plans to discuss how to prepare for Mercury Retrograde tonight on her show, Thursday, December 2nd at 8-9pm Eastern U.S. time. This is the link to her show and replays are available 24-48 hrs later by archive. There will also be a New Moon on December 5th, which makes it an even better time to start new things.
I just received a newsletter that I subscribe to from Mark Borax, which describes some VERY interesting energies ahead for us in the new year. He describes it very well in his newsletter this month, The Retrograde Factor He talks about a window of 3 weeks where we will not have any retrograde influences from December 29th, 2010 through January 19th, 2011. This has not happened since 1997. I recommend reading about the effects of it and this wonderful opportunity in his newsletter, which I always find enjoyable.

 Updates on New Classes & Events
I am very excited to announce that I have 4 people signed up for my year-long intensive Energy Mentorship Program which stars in January. They will be working in pairs, along with taking monthly classes and supervision with me. I am getting ready to send out a recommended reading list and start determining meeting day and times. There is still room for you if you are still thinking of it and I would be happy to talk to you about it personally to help you make the decision if it is right for you. I will be providing individual assistance in each class to help you connect with Spirit at a very high level, learn energy techniques and practice doing them for yourself and others, in-person and from a distance. I will offer my What's Your Next Step? Class, in January, by donation, to start your New Year off right, if you would like to be part of a small coaching group. It's a 4-week-at-a-time group to guide you in your next steps in your life.... maybe career, personal decisions, your purpose or happiness. It will be offered by Donation. See link for details. I have not determined the day and time for this, yet. I would love to hear from you if you are interested about a time that works for you! I am thinking of Tuesday afternoon or evenings, Eastern U.S. time, either January 4th-25th or January 11th through February 1st. Let me know your preferences. This group will continue each month, so you can use it to coach you through the year. This will be subject to change, depending on how well it goes and my time availability.

I will continue to offer my Manifesting Class each month for up to 4 people for now, possibly for up to 6 people in the future. It is three 1 1/2 hour classes for $150, allowing lots of time for intense energy clearing on manifesting. It's like 3 sessions for the price of one. We have 3 very special Spiritual Guides joining to assist you in manifesting. I have just started December's class last night and will be announcing January's time and date soon. I think January's class will be offered early in the afternoon, Eastern U.S. time, perhaps 1pm, during the week. I am open to feedback about this too!

What I Know To Be True
To me, this was probably inspired by Oprah, who I admire very much, when she talks about what she knows for sure or what she really believes in or recommends.
What I know that has really worked for me this year and made the biggest differences in my life from where I was at the beginning of the year have been three things. They are The Now Technique, Kundalini Reiki and the Lightarian Rays.
The Now Technique sessions use the breath to help reprocess and reintegrate experiences and communication between the mind, heart and body. We often become disconnected due to traumatic experiences and need to learn to help these different aspects of us communicate again. This really helped me process some old experiences which helped me approach life differently. I have become trained in this technique also and would love to talk to you more about it to see if it is right for you.
Kundalini Reiki is amazing and continues to be amazing for me. I had done so much work on connecting to Spirit and being intuitive and listening to Guidance, but still had much work to do to clear and strengthen my lower chakras. I have found this very helpful in letting go of fear, knowing my value, being more grounded, moving forward in life in an exciting way! I continue to use this work on myself daily, sometimes just a few minutes, and it continues to help me move forward in all aspects of life.
I love having discovered the Lightarian Rays! The attunements assist you in having an amazing connection with Ascended Masters and activating certain principles, such as ascension, your own healing, manifestation and clearing in your own lives. They can be taken to be a teacher and give the attunements yourself or just to use them in your own life. This was how I developed my Manifestation Class, after receiving several of these attunements. The energy they bring in is amazing! I consider them to be Gifts of the Spirit in our lives. These are amazing if you want ascension, more connection to Spirit and really evolving more quickly! This course includes 3 distance attunements prior to in-person workshops. You will receive manuals by email with each distance attunement. During the workshop, we will discuss protocol for use, answer questions about treatments and attunements and you will practice and receive a Kundalini Reiki session. Quick Update on my Cleanse
I have continued my eating plan and have added in only a few items into my diet. My husband participated in this also and we have found it very cleansing in our lives. I feel great. It is different than the way most people eat and that is the hardest part. The effects on my life are great, though. Things are heating up for me, both personally and in business. It's really helped me take a leap ahead in all areas of life! See last month's archived newsletter if you missed it and want more of the history.
I don't recommend doing this all at once or without help if you have serious addictions or issues to deal with in your life. Please seek proper medical attention for help in dealing with this, if needed. The Now Technique has been especially helpful to me in working through issues, coping with what comes up and helping me work through emotional issues.
