This business started as energy & bodywork, added a big communication piece by incorporating life coaching, then integrated the two by working on individual alignments, changing thoughts and emotions, working with the Law of Attraction (LOA) to use the positive energy and focus to attract the life you want!

How This Newsletter Can HelpYou
We all have goals. Some of them are financial, some physical-relating to health and well-being, some are related to career, family, other relationships or personal growth. The differences we have are our styles of working on our goals and our level of commitment to attaining them.
The tools that I will talk about for attaining your goals are related to life coaching, mastery, aligning your energy, visioning, holding the energy of what you are trying to achieve, using the Law of Attraction, focusing on your goals in ways other than usual, using your mind and your energy in different ways. What Is It That You Want?
Our lives can get hectic, busy, scattered and unfocused. When that happens, our minds and energy are not able to decide what is the next best step. It is often good to spend time relaxing and getting the rest we need before determining the next step. Next, take some time to either meditate or clear your mind in whatever way works best for you. Sometimes, that means just doing an activity that you love to do! When you're ready, think about how you want your life to be...what makes you happy? What are you passionate about? What are you really seeking at this time in your life if you could put it into a few words. Write them down! |
Plan Your Month
Focus on what is really important to you. We'll get to talking about tools to make changes and bring those things into your life more, but in the meantime, if you want something, you need to schedule time for it! Do you want more time with your kids or family, more time doing something nice or nurturing for yourself? Or are you wanting to create something new in your life, either a new behavior, or an end goal? Whatever it is, it needs time to grow and gradually fit into your schedule. If you are adding in a new activity, take some quiet time to evaluate how much energy you want to devote to it. From my experience, when we are trying to do something for or with someone else, we tend to overestimate how much time we have available and when we are wanting to take time for ourselves, we usually underestimate the time we need. Use the calendar above to set aside time towards your goals and put them in your physical calendar also. Be patient and understanding. Next month, we'll evaluate your progress! |
Rampage of Appreciation!
One way to change things for yourself is to start by focusing on the positive. In Jerry and Esther Hicks' books, they talk about using a method called "Rampage of Appreciation". I've found it extremely effective at making extremely positive changes in life. The key is to focus your energy by noticing things that you love and appreciate and doing it daily, frequently or as often as you have time for. If you have a group of friends that you can join efforts with and email each other about the positive aspects of your life that you are grateful for, it really adds to the energy and the experience! This is an example of rampaging about rampaging: When I'm grateful, I'm building positive energy and I start experiencing feelings which will help me attract more positive things into my life! When I write and talk about things that make me happy, I become happier and it changes my energy! When I do it with other people, and I hear my positive statements repeated back or written back to me, it attracts it to me even more! When I attract more positive things to me, I feel more positive and I feel more like rampaging about positive things!
