We would like to inform our AR-Express clients of Service Desk. Service Desk is a online portal that assists us in managing our service requests. This system will alert us of any issue and will generate a ticket, in doing this, your request will be answered in the order it was recieved. Please note some issues can take longer than other issues. You can also research on service desk the Knowledge Base.
If you are a AR-Express user and you do not have a Service Desk User Name and Password, please contact our office and we will be happy to assign you one.
