Women's Horse Industry Association Partners with EAF for a Series of Trail Rides
WHIA
The Women's Horse Industry Association has announced a global partnership with the EAF to raise funds for women affected by breast cancer.

Called "Ponie Express for Breast," the campaign consists of trail rides and hikes across the country. The events are open to the public and will support women in the equine industry who have been or who are currently dealing with breast cancer. See the Flyer

"This is a great cause and one that we know many people who have been affected by this disease will support. Plus, it's a fun way to meet other equestrians and at the same time support women in our industry. The Equestrian Aid Foundation helps many people in the equine industry and we are looking forward to helping them raise more funds for their efforts," states WHIA Executive Director Catherine Masters.

There are two events already scheduled for this campaign. The first one will be held June 25 at the Settlement At Thomas Divide in Bryson City, N.C. The second event will be held July 23 at Mid West Trail Rides in Norman, Ind. More are being planned.

"We're thrilled to partner with the Women's Horse Industry Association to raise funds for those coping with breast cancer," said Sheryl Kursar, managing director of the Equestrian Aid Foundation. "'Ponie Express for Breast' will be a fun way for anyone in the horse community, on horse or foot, to have a great time while creating support for our friends in need."
