If you've ever done a BOOTCAMP class you might be thinking this class isn't for you. . . please let us encourage you to try this class, as it is VERY different than ANY you have every experienced!
The Studio has offered BOOTCAMP classes for about 6 years.
We don't offer 6-Week programs that deteriorate your body and lead to short-term results.
Instead, this class is offered 1-2x's per week to add much needed variety to your regular work-out program.
BOOTCAMP classes are not meant to be performed everyday. . . our bodies are not meant to do repetitive jumping and explosive exercise usually associated with this type of class. . . this only leads to injury!
BOOTCAMP at The Studio encourages all clients to take part in this fun, motivating and energetic outdoor class!
We don't scream or yell at you, and we're definitely not drill sergeants.
The idea of this class is to mix up your normal routine and
GET YOU RESULTS WITHOUT INJURY!
BOOTCAMP is a very effective class, because you
BURN MORE CALORIES THAN WITH ENDURANCE CARDIO ALONE!
We incorporate PLYOMETRICS, AGILITY/SPEED COURSES AND OTHER CHALLENGING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES THAT CAN ALWAYS BE MODIFIED OR DONE AT YOUR OWN PACE!
