Third Annual Construction Industry Survey Provides Insight Into Regional Outlook
Roger Gingerich, head of the construction group at accounting firm Skoda Minotti, wrote recently on the results of his firm's survey.  The results generally demonstrated that respondents were slightly more optimistic than in 2009, that a small percentage of them perceived increased ability to obtain financing, and that many reported that smaller jobs with more bidders continued to tighten margins.  Follow this link to find Roger's summary in Builders Exchange Magazine.

Frantz Ward Receives Top National Rankings
U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers ranked our firm highly in both national and regional ratings. Nationally, the firm was ranked in the first tier in Management Employment Law, the second tier for Management Labor Law, and the third tier for General Commercial Litigation. Regionally, the firm was ranked in the first tier for those practice areas and in the second tier for Antitrust Law and Construction Law. Click here for more information.
Looking for Growth? Look to the Sun.

Magazine's rankings, as the 623rd fastest growing company nationally, 22nd fastest growing company among energy firms nationally, and 16th fastest growing company among all Ohio private firms.
