Third Annual Construction Industry Survey Provides Insight Into Regional Outlook Roger Gingerich, head of the construction group at accounting firm Skoda Minotti, wrote recently on the results of his firm's survey. The results generally demonstrated that respondents were slightly more optimistic than in 2009, that a small percentage of them perceived increased ability to obtain financing, and that many reported that smaller jobs with more bidders continued to tighten margins.
