Straight Talk from the Boss
Alonzo Kelly, President & Founder of Kelly Leadership Group, LLC
We young professionals are in such a hurry to rise to the top that we don't even take time to reminisce about where we've been or how far we've come. As soon as we land a job, get a promotion, or secure a new client, our eyes and focus are almost immediately locked into the next promotion or opportunity.

Etiquette Tips
Drink Classy. Drive Classy.
When it comes to client dinners, it's always best to identify all your dishes and utensils lest you drink out of someone else's glass. An easy way to remember how to dine with class is keeping "BMW" in mind.
Not just a luxury car brand, BMW also stands for "Bread, Meal, Water/Wine." Looking down, Bread is on your left, Meal plate in the middle, and Water and Wine glasses on your right.
