Because of concerns regarding H1N1, you and your group will be asked the following four questions when you come to the front door of the Ronald McDonald House:
1) Have you been exposed to the flu in the last 7 days?
2) Do you have a fever?
3) Do you have a sore throat?
4) Do you have a cough or body aches?
If the answer to any of these questions is "yes", in order to protect all of our guests, you will not be able to enter the Ronald McDonald House.
Please communicate this new policy to those from your group that will be serving at the Ronald McDonald House. |
