Milwaukee (February 10, 2010) - Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and
if you don't have plans yet, maybe Milwaukee Wave Pro-Soccer players Ian Bennett & Tom Oatley can help. The two have added their names to the list
of contestants for the Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals 5th
Annual 'Dating Game' Scholarship Fundraiser. The
event will take place on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 8:00pm the location will
be the Bavarian Inn Glendale, 700 W. Lexington
Boulevard.
Hosted
by HBO's Russell Simmons' Def Poetry Jam "Poet" Dan Vaughn, the two pro-soccer players will participate in the 'Dating
Game' & Bachelor Auction
in support of the Dr. Wesley L. Scott Scholarship, benefiting Milwaukee graduating high-school students.
Lucky guests will have a chance to bid on a date with Ian Bennett,
while Tom Oatley will participate in the 'Dating Game' portion amid three lucky
bachelorettes.

Ian Bennett #26 - - Marian (Ind.) College alum; plays Midfielder/Forward for the Milwaukee Wave. A fraction of Bennett's pro-career includes signing with the Chicago Storm of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) in the fall of 2007, where in his debut he scored 31 points in 22 games. During the Extreme Soccer League (XSL) Bennett lead Chicago Storm in scoring with 35 points. Bennett hails from Hamilton, Ontario Canada.
Tom Oatley #6 - - Western Michigan University alum, and a Three-time
All-Mid-American Conference selection at the University; scored 24 goals and
added 18 assists for the Broncos. Oatley currently plays Midfielder/Forward for
the Milwaukee Wave.
