The Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals are now accepting nominations for our 2009 Leadership and Community Achiever Awards, which recognize our top leaders in the Milwaukee community!

The Leadership and Community Achiever Awards recognize individuals who support the mission and vision of the City of Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Urban League and the Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals. Nominations can be submitted via the attached nomination form. The nominations will be reviewed and evaluated by the awards committee to determine this year's award winner(s). Recipients will be contacted no later than Monday, August 10th and invited to participate and receive their honor at our Gala celebration on August 15th, 2009.
The awards are:
- Bridging the Intergenerational Gap Leadership Award
- Community Achiever
- Milwaukee Urban League Young Professional of the Year
- Special Recognition Award
