Extensions could only be approved through Continuum of Colorado, and/or
Developmental Pathways does not keep track of CES or SLS expenditures.
If you have received either response, then please feel free to contact us. However, we believe DP is working to address these miss-communications.
CES and SLS Medicaid Waivers
Both waivers provide for specific appeal rights including in circumstances regarding change of provider, and reduction and/or loss of services. We are working on creating a simplified explanation on how to file an appeal. Although, nothing in Medicaid is every really simple! Be back in touch soon.
