The DVD's are almost here.  It's been a long and arduous process.  They will be completed this month and ready for sale.  So check your email because we will be sending a newsletter when they are ready to purchase.  DVD 1 is a 30min in home workout video (no pole required).  You'll get an amazing full body workout while learning all the sexy dance moves we practice in class.  DVD 2 is a beginner pole spins workout.  For those of you that have your own poles or plan on buying one when the DVD's are ready, you'll get your own private session with Nicole at home.  Package specials will also be available.

We've closed our Robertson Location and are in the process of opening a New Main Studio Location in Los Angeles. It will still be in the surrounding area of our current locations.  We'll still be holding classes at the La Cienega and Pico Studios.

Come and Join Mina & Nicole this Friday at Rush Street.  This is the new hot spot in downtown Culver City.  It's a Chicago style restaurant with a downstairs eatery and upstairs is where the party happens with a Pole Room. 
 
 
Party with your friends, have some food and/or drinks and show off your pole skills.  And you just may get tipped by the patrons.
 
Nicole & Mina both live in Culver City and hang out here all the time to just play on their pole.  It's free to get in and a laid back dress code.  See ya this Friday.
