From the Director ... Carolyn Franks
November's WORDS OF THE MONTH are perfect for this season of the year. They are also great reminders of what is important in the heart of an artist and in the character of good people. I've heard it said that HUMILITY is not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less ... what a big distinction! If we really do have that kind of attitude, our hearts will be open to have COMPASSION for others ... we can look beyond ourselves to see their needs and be moved to help them. I love how both of these words, when they are true within us, lead to an attitude of GRATITUDE! And speaking of that, as we look ahead to next week and the celebration of Thanksgiving, please know how thankful I am to be a part of Lifesong Studio and LifeStage Theatre! I have been blessed beyond words through my relationships with the kids, the families and the staff!
Lifesong Studio will be OPEN for all regularly scheduled classes and lessons on Monday, Nov 21. We will be CLOSED TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY (NOV 22-27) for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our regular schedule resumes after Thanksgiving on Monday, Nov 28.
Congratulations to the cast and crew of ANNIE who just finished a very successful run of their show and sold out all 5 audiences!

Christmas Recitals for our Combo Classes are Saturday, December 17th at LifeStage Theatre. Please see this document for details about the recital including your child's assigned recital time.
Mark your calendars now for our Spring DANCE Recital at UTA Texas Hall in Arlington on Tuesday, June 5. Dress rehearsal is Monday, June 4. Costumes for the Spring Recital are due now. If you have not turned in your spring costume recital form with payment and are planning to participate, please take care of that at the Front Desk this week.

Enrollment in Art Classes is ongoing throughout the season as space is available.

3:45-4:40pm for Ages 4-8
5:00-5:55pm for Ages 8-12
$65/month tuition for art classes
$50 supply fee is due each semester
