WELCOME TO OUR 2011-2012 SEASON 6!   

We are excited to have your family with us as we begin our best season ever!  We are truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your family's life and training in the arts.  Our regular schedule for the new season begins Monday, August 22.  Please take a few minutes to read the following important information before we get started. 

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ENROLLMENT & SCHEDULE THIS SEASON

If you are in doubt about your enrollment, schedule or the status of your account, please email Debi at the Front Desk for confirmation.  She will be at the studio, responding to emails and available to answer your questions the week of August 15-18.  The Front desk will be open from 2:30-8:30pm Tuesday through Thursday.   

STUDIO COMMUNICATION

Email is our primary method of communicating studio news, events, deadlines, recital dates and other important information with you.  When you receive the monthly newsletter from Lifesong, please take just a few minutes to read and stay informed.  If your contact information changes, please let us know.  We will also have a copy of the monthly newsletter on the bulletin board in the picnic table area.  And finally, we encourage you to visit our website at lifesongstudio.com regularly for updated information about all that's happening at Lifesong Studio and LifeStage Theatre!

STUDIO POLICIES

Your registration at Lifesong includes your agreement to read and abide by Lifesong Studio Policies.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping us create and maintain a positive, encouraging and family friendly atmosphere.  Part of that positive atmosphere includes a mutual respect between our staff, students and families.  If you have a concern or complaint, please give us the opportunity to speak with you privately, not at the Front Desk or in the hallways.  Thank you!

ATTENTION DANCERS 
We will have information about auditiong for our DANCE PERFORMANCE GROUP and HIP HOP CREW the first week of classes so be looking for that if you're interested.  We will also have NUTCRACKER audition information coming to you within the next few weeks.  There will be information meetings for all three opportunities.

ATTENTION MUSIC STUDENTS 
Please make sure you have read our Music Policies before your first lesson.  You will receive your teacher's contact information at your first lesson.  If you will miss a lesson for any reason, contact your teacher directly to let them know rather than calling the studio to ensure they receive the message in a timely manner.

ATTENTION ART STUDENTS 
Your $50 art supply for the fall semester will be added to your account in September.  Please include that with your September tuition if you have not already paid for it.

ATTENTION THEATRE STUDENTS
Auditions for our fall Young Generation Players (YGP) show will be Saturday, August 27 from 10am to 2pm.  A complete Audition Packet will be available the first week of classes.  We will also have an Audition Workshop on Friday, August 26 from 4:30-6pm.  The cost is $25 and is highly recommended for anyone interested in auditioning for the show.  You can sign up for the workshop at the Front Desk beginning Monday, August 22.
