In this issue, we have an article about "Life from a Child's Perspective".  Have you ever looked into a baby's eyes? They look confident and wise.  Also, children out playing are totally into their games. Running around laughing and shouting and having so much fun! They are truly in the now. They might not even notice if it gets cold or dark outside. As adults, we have a lot on our plates every day, but at one time we really were infants and really were children playing, pretending and having fun. We do have memories of that and can bring them back, especially when watching children play. We still have that child inside. We can remember to play and have fun.

I'm very happy to introduce you to one of our Master Psychics, Marilyn. Marilyn is an amazing reader. She has been reading for many years and she is very accurate. Marilyn is a  caring prson and information just naturally flows from her when she is reading. She has many clients who love to read with her and request her over and over again. Call us and experience Marilyn for yourself.

This month I wanted to share my experiences, being a Type A personality and also being a Spiritual person. I hope you enjoy reading it and can use my techniques to shift and change energy.

Please remember we would love to have you communicate with us on our blog. Please feel free to share your own personal experiences with us.

I want to thank you for being such an important part of our Looking Beyond family. We are here for you and we always love hearing from you.

StarsLEARNING ABOUT LIFE FROM A CHILD'S PERSPECTIVE
Child's PlayAs we get bogged down in our work schedules, paying our bills, looking for love and eating healthy, it can be easy to forget how to appreciate all that life has to offer.  Taking care of our daily practicalities is important, but it's also important to remember that how we approach life is the key to how we experience it.

Just look at children.  They're free of the burdens of the adult world and live life fully.  There's so much we can learn - and relearn - about life just by observing how children view the world.

"Wow! Look at that!"  To a young child, everything is new and therefore exciting.  A ladybug crawling on a tomato plant. Ducklings following their mother in a pond. Chocolate chip mint ice cream in a sugar cone. Shoots & Ladders. The whole world is cause for excitement.  As adults, we could take more time to appreciate the little things around us. Even if they're not really new to us, just noticing that ladybug on the tomato plant for the first time today can feel new and exciting.

"Why is the sky blue?"  Children are also very eager to learn.  Human beings are naturally very curious creatures.  But as adults, curiosity is often sacrificed for other priorities, like paying the rent.  But show a child a kitten, and they'll want to know why it's so small and why it hides under the bed.  Show them a kite and they'll want to know how it flies in the air and if they can try holding on to the string. This kind of curiosity is good for the soul; is there a hobby or a subject you always wanted to know more about? Go online and research it or buy a book.  Better yet, go fly a kite or take a walk in nature.

"Hahahahaha!" When's the last time you giggled over something really silly?  Children remind us how easy it is to find humor in anything and how darn good it feels to just laugh unabashedly. Whether it's an upside-down toy, a tickle session, a funny sound or just giggling at the giggle itself, laughter can really release us from our adult stresses.

So the next time you're complaining about bills or having to cook dinner, try to think like a kid.  What would a five year old find interesting about chopping vegetables? The color?  The shape? How they sizzle in the pan? What might they see on your drive to work?  That yellow building with the funny windows? The park with all the pine trees? You might even find a way to laugh at all the work you have to do.

Create some silly, (invisible) childlike glasses and put them on whenever you think about it. Create an intention to, "lighten up". Find reasons to smile. Laugh and be joyful. You can change your life and your world, just by smiling!

Stars TYPE A PERSONALITY AND SPIRITUALITY
Type A SpiritualityI am a type A personality. What that means to me is I have a lot going on, almost all the time. I have lists of things to do and I try to complete my list every day. That means a lot of running around and being in a hurry.

Ok, I know my lists of things are important to do, or they wouldn't be on my list. So, deleting or making my list shorter probably isn't an option.

One of the things I found does help is to organize my list. That way at least, I have less driving and less stress of "Zig Zagging" around town. The other thing that helps is planning ahead, so if I know I am almost out of something we need at home or at the office, I can pick it up now and have it ready to go when it is needed.

So, on a practical side, I'm feeling ok.

On a spiritual side there is a huge back - up system I can also put in place.  As I totally believe in, and live by, the energy of spirituality, I can also count on Spirit to help me.  Someone I know use angels.  She uses what she calls "Runner Angels".   She tells them what she wants or needs and asks them to assist her in getting these things.

Other people use Spirit Guides. They know who their Spirit Guides are and have a great, connected relationship with them.

I personally use an energy I call Source Energy or Universal Energy. When I take a deep breath or even have the thought of this energy, I feel a sensation of warmth, peace and love.

The difference in living and acting from my Type A personality and my spirituality is very obvious to me. When I am in my Type A personality, I am rushing around. When I am in my Spiritual Energy, I am calm, patient and loving.

As far as getting things done, my Spiritual Energy seems to create a path for me to follow which includes finding parking places and very helpful, friendly people to not only help me, but to meet and talk with along the way.

If you can relate to all this, living from Spirituality, also called, "love", is a much more calm, healthy and fun way to live.  All it takes is getting out of our, "mind drama" and into peace by conscious breathing and awareness you are NEVER alone.  Just feel your way into love and each day can become a new experience of miracles.

All the very best to you!
Love and Blessings,
Susan Page
