Hello, I'm honored to welcome you to our May 2010 newsletter!

In this issue, I'm very proud to introduce you to Terri, one of our Master Psychics. Terri is a very amazing reader! She can answer all of your questions and specializes in Relations Issues, Business, Pets and people or pets who have passed over. A lady called me whose pet had just died. She was very sad, but then had a reading with Terri. Terri told her so many things about her pet and gave her messages about experiences she had with her pet that only this lady could have know, that made this lady feel so much better. She told me she would be eternally grateful. I also had someone call me to let me know Terri gave her very accurate information about her relationship and helped her look at everything in a new light.

We have an article about "Connecting With Nature".  It is so amazing that our bodies can relax and may actually be healed by just noticing the beauty and wonder of Nature.

Also, we have an article about, "Out of Body Experiences Vs. In Body Experiences ". As our bodies support us on our journey through life, it is important to understand what our bodies need and appreciate.

StarsRECONNECTING WITH NATURE
Reconnecting with NatureWork. Chores. Email. Online news. Cell phones. Social Networking. Television. Radio. There are seemingly a million things we have to attend to every day.  Whether our activities are work, family, friends or couch potato related, most of what we do keeps us too busy to stop and admire our good green earth. But reconnecting with nature can really enhance our everyday lives in a variety of ways.  So you might want to take a walk, visit a park, go to the beach or the mountains and notice how immersing yourself in nature for a few minutes a day can make all the difference.  Here's what reconnecting with nature can do for you:

Let you breathe. Stress can quite literally tighten you up.  Your may not realize that you've been holding your shoulders by your ears or clenching your hands or your teeth.  Quietly walking or sitting among nature gives you an opportunity to relax and breathe. No phones, co-workers or Internet means you can let your body and your mind soften. Your heart rate may lower and you might notice you're taking deep breaths for the first time in a long time.

Lighten the load. As you breathe easier, you'll probably notice that no matter what your problems are, your mind can become quiet and you can be more relaxed. At the beach, drawing in the sand may not cure what ails you, but it can lift a burden off your mind, giving you more confidence that you'll get through this difficult time.

Give you perspective.  There is creativity in every part of nature. Often when you're working on a problem you can get stuck because you're only seeing it from one angle.  Reconnecting with alternate solutions you might not have thought of while sitting in front of your computer.

Remind you that there are things bigger than yourself. No matter what your spiritual beliefs are, watching waves tumble over the sand or squirrels playing in a field will remind you that there is life outside the office and your living room.  The way sunlight hits a maple leaf can be both so simple and so awe-inspiring at the same time.

So plan some time to stroll through a park, plant some flowers, or find birds in a forest.  Just make sure to turn off the cell phone so you can hear what Mother Nature has to say.

Is it difficult for you to make the time to reconnect with nature?  Our Master Psychics can help you figure out a way to make the connection.

StarsMEET TERRI - OUR FEATURED READER
I am a third generation psychic with over 30 years of experience. I am a clairvoyant, clairsentient, and clairaudient psychic. I started using these gifts in my early teens. My natural gifts can be combined with energy from the Tarot Cards. My specialties include: relationships, business, careers and people who have passed over. I will answer your questions and guide you with clarity and compassion.

I have always had a sense of a person's energy and what is going on, with or without meeting them. That is why I can answer your questions about your life and other people you may be interested in. My gift is third generation, my mother and grandmother were gifted psychics too.

I have also had a sense of knowing when two people would stay together, or when two people are meant for each other.

As long as I can remember, I have been very sensitive to people's voices and emotions. The inflection in a persons voice is the song of their Soul. It tells its own story separate from the spoken word. It is the Soul's story and the Tarot that reveal so very much. The Tarot helps to channel energies from and around the person I am reading.

Also at times there have been many contacts made with the deceased, not only friends and relatives of the person I am reading, but animals that have passed have come through too.

When I do experience contact from the deceased, they tell me information only the person I am reading could know.

I combine my talents to answer my client's questions and to help them better their lives in many ways.

Call me, see for yourself!
Love and Light,
Terri

Stars OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCES VS. IN BODY EXPERIENCES

RelationshipsMany people think having out of body experiences make you more Spiritual and closer to God.

Have you ever had an out of body experience? You may think you have not, however, it seems to me most of us are living our lives out of our bodies most of the time. We are living in our thoughts which take us to what we are thinking about. An example is thinking about a conversation with your friend can take to do a place of re-experiencing that conversation or a place of floating away, day dreaming.

Well then, what is an "in body experience"?  An in body experience is actually a much more grounded experience. Here is an a way to actually experience being inside your body.

If you wear glasses, any kind of glasses will do, put on your glasses. Then take a moment to "be inside" your body by actually looking out your eyes while being behind your glasses. Can you feel the difference?

You can also experience being in your body by tapping your finger on the middle of your forehead. That is where your 6th Chakra is, also know as your 3rd eye.

Can you feel the difference between being ungrounded and floating around Vs. being in your body and looking out from inside?

The trick actually is not having an out of body experience, but how to stay inside your body.

Just think about your body for a moment. Yes, your body is yours, but how do you think your body feels when you are mostly not home. Maybe kind of like a robot walking around? Or maybe even like a child without a parent home to take care of it and protect it.  How much better and more secure would your body feel if it had you at home with it?

When you mediate, it is a very satisfying experience to go deep inside yourself. That is where God lives. That is why master's teach us that God is in your heart and as near as your breath. Also, you may have heard that your body is the temple.

What that means is being Spiritual is not, "going out there". Being Spiritual is knowing you are God and staying at home in your personal temple.

Try being in your body until you notice the difference between being inside your body and floating unconsciously outside of your body. Once you know the difference, just practice being in your body when you think of it.

Soon you can live inside your body. Your body will be happy to have you home and you can find all the confidence and connection to God you have been searching for.
