NEW YEAR, NEW PRESIDENT, RENEWED HOPE... What else is new? NEW ART!!
For months it seems that the world's been wrapped up in elections, a flurry of holiday activities, preparing for the New Year, and worrying about the economy.
We could all use an escape to those tranquil places where your mind wanders, relaxes, and gets away from it all.
"Art washes away from the soul the dust of every day life." ~ Pablo Picasso
We have new work from three landscape artists who can help bring serenity to our lives.

Steve Kell "Quiet Creek" Oil on Board 12 x 10
The painting above, by Steve Kell, was done on location at Aliso Creek, Laguna Beach. He has a way of bringing a bit of the location to you with his expressive landscapes. We have five rich, new works by Steve priced at $425 or less.

John Sawyer "Eucalyptus Trail" Oil on Canvas 20 x 16
Who wouldn't want to stroll along a sun-dappled "Eucalyptus Trail" and enjoy the outdoors on a perfect day? John Sawyer's paintings are fresh and new, yet they feel like a familiar place that you've visited before. And you probably have, because they are usually of the Tustin foothills. Winning 1st place in last year's Tustin Art League Show, John has become one of our best selling artists. See his four newest works on our website.
Larry Morace "Road to Desert Ranch" Pastel on Paper 16 x 20
You may know San Francisco artist, Larry Morace, for his energetic, bold city scenes. With the same skill and expertise, Larry portrays the beauty and tranquility of solitude as shown in this desert scene. Larry works in pastel using strong colors balanced with earth tones to create a mood. We have four new pieces by Larry, two city scenes and two landscapes.

Ok, you may be saying, "We shouldn't be buying anything right now or we really don't need art." Architect, Louis I. Kahn may have said it best...
"The creation of art is not a fulfillment of a need,
but creation of a need.
The world never needed Beethoven's
Fifth Symphony until he created it.
Now we cannot live without it."
~ Louis I. Kahn, Architect
