Instructor: Lynn Borrowman Join us for this weekly informative and educational run to rebuild your base and work towards longer weekly mileage. Excellent for building and maintaining your weekly mileage, examining your running form, strengthening core muscle groups, training your cardiovascular system and balancing your nutrition All this in a relaxed group atmosphere. There's no pressure to race - just enjoy the sport of running!
