A Message from Our President.........
Congratulations to all who dared to exhibit their performance skills with roughly 150 others willing to appear in Quad City Music Guild's summer season. We're very excited about the strong casts chosen for all three
shows. This year's "crop" of auditioners left all of us wishing we had a few dozen more roles. There were way too many talented performers we simply were unable to cast.
 
Those cast soon will be hearing from their directing staffs about cast gatherings, rehearsal materials and schedules, and the myriad other details that go into producing each show. We hope you'll have a great time
interacting with your new "family" for the 62nd Music Guild season. If you're one of the folks who didn't fit a directing staff's vision for one reason or another, you should take great pride in your willingness to audition and to make the accompanying commitment. There are plenty of ways you still can be involved in any or all of the shows ahead. Watch for appeals for production and operation volunteers.
 
Music Guild is very much a family. Like most other families, Music Guild continues to grow. Many of those cast in the 2010 summer season are new to the organization. We hope you'll join them--and us "oldtimers"--to stage the 2010 summer season.

Spring Clean Up Day
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, March 20 at 9:00 am!  We will be working to spruce up the theater for our next production, The Pajama Game. Any time you can volunteer would be appreciated.
QCMG Alumni Luncheon
