Employees are your greatest asset, and your constant struggle - Whether it's recognizing exceptional workers, handling complaints, or investigating an incident, managing employees is an everyday operation - often with little guidance.
We can help!
This intimate 2-hour program will provide Business Leaders and Human Resources professionals with information and ideas to manage these employee issues from both a legal and an interpersonal standpoint. Participants will have the opportunity to share stories, be engaged via small-group discussion, and gain insights about ways to better manage some of the most common employee challenges. Attendance will be limited to ensure that each attendee has time to ask questions specific to his/her workplace concerns. Through the Program Attendees Will Learn: - How to respond to complaints and when to document problems.
- Best practices for recognizing and rewarding employees.
- Signs that an investigation is necessary.
- Strategies for managing difficult or unhappy employees.
- Fundamentals that lead to the conflict and complaints among employees.
Who Should Attend:
This program has been designed for human resource professionals, small business owners, and others involved in the day to day management of employee issues. The small group format of this program offers the much added benefit of providing time for individual questions, sharing and discussion - allowing the program to be tailor fit to your needs. |
