IHELP Success Stories - Case Management Corner
Recently, five IHELP clients were informed about a job fair held at Chase fields for Levy Restaurants. All five clients attended the job fair and were offered employment due to the assistance they received from TCAA's Case Manager Patrick Winters and TCAA's IHELP Manager, Sergio Torres. Both Patrick and Sergio assisted them with their resumes, test preparation and funding for their food handler's card, obtaining clothing, and transportation to Maricopa County Health Dept. to get their food handler's cards. Some client's are expected to start their jobs this weekend, and others will start on Monday and Tuesday. One client even landed a management position with Levey's. The Tempe Housing Department is assisting them with shoes. These are just a few of the clients helped through TCAA and IHELP's Caring Case Management.
