Meet I-HELP Monitors!
Carl

Carl Rogers first came to Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program (I-HELP) in October 2008. Carl instantly stood out as a driven person volunteering to help with any duties such as clean up, sheet distribution, and mate movement. Strong leadership was seen in him and in June 2009, Carl was offered a position working for I-HELP as a monitor. Carl has continued to be role model in the program. Just this past spring semester, Carl took a two-part computer class at a local community college and is now in pursuit of opening his own computer repair business. In addition, Home At Last has awarded Carl an apartment and he is looking forward to signing his lease and continuing to grow in his life.

When asked what I-HELP means to him Carl stated, "The support, stability and encouragement I received from the program have truly been a blessing but much thanks and appreciation is due to one man, Sam." Carl also wanted to say thank you to Jessica and Lindsay for their help and humor.

If you have never met or had a chance to speak with Carl stop him the next time you see him and say "hello".He truly is a great individual to get to know!

Thanks to everyone for making I-HELP a success!!
