NEW CLASSES FOR POSTNATAL & BEYOND
|
Life as a new mom
If, as a new mom, you're wondering whether you even get to have a life anymore, the answer is YES! Two new yoga classes at Blooma help you make time for yourself so you can revitalize your spirit and rebuild your body.
- For moms who are 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum, there's a new Blooma Postnatal Yoga class, Thursdays, 4pm-5pm. The class is taught by Jennifer Derryberry Mann. She'll help you find your abs again, but she'll also give you lots of time to feel utterly relaxed. (All the new mamas who've come to class are raving about the mini neck massage she gives during savasana!)
- When you're ready for something more challenging than the postnatal classes offer, check out the new Yoga for You! class on Fridays, 2pm-3pm. Talk about ending your week on a good note! Jaime Pellegrene teaches a sequence so smooth in a voice so soothing you'll wonder why you didn't sign up sooner!
- Child care is available during both classes.

Dear Blooma Friends, Last weekend, I tried Jessica Rosenberg's Family Yoga workshop for the first time. It was amaaaaazing!! I can't believe what a great time I had, doing yoga with my dad and my little sister (check us out, making a 'bridge' with our 'boats'!). The class was sweet and fun and funny -- there was so much love and joy shared by all the families who participated. It doesn't matter if you're "any good" at yoga or not, you just simply must get your family together for an afternoon like this! Jessica is offering her Yoga for Kids teacher training this month, but she'll be back in March with another Family Yoga afternoon. I'll be looking for you!
Be Blooma Well,
