It has been a busy few months with lots of new additions - software, new office and now a baby.
Our beloved Matt - Operations Manager for icanmakeitbetter - is expecting his first child with his wife Lauren in October. For those of you that know Sentient Services and me personally - you know that we (I) love babies! So, this is an exciting time for Matt, but also for all of us here at Sentient Services where we truly are a small family doing our best to do good and do good work every day...now with one extra diaper bag.

It has been an incredible launch for our community innovation, engagement and market research platform - icanmakeitbetter.
Our two launch partners, the City of Austin and Dell have seen costs decrease, engagement climb and innovation thrive with new ideas, engaged focus groups and happy internal and external stake holders.
We have recently released v1.4. This includes several new key features:
- Widget: Get feedback from any page on your website without interrupting user flow. Customize the color, text, size, shape and position on your site.
- SSO: Single sign on is here! Your customers do not need to create new accounts to provide feedback and join the community.
- Idea Notifications: You can now set automatic weekly emails to internal stakeholders for each product/idea area.
- Idea Following: Users can follow ideas and get weekly updates on the ideas they care about.
- Integrated Customer Support Requests: Don't worry about reading through the community seeing who needs follow-up we allow users to request support when posting and this generates an automated support request ticket to your CRM team.
