Where We AreWe have moved to a virtual office! Over the past 6 years we moved 3 times and set up new offices, kitchens, play areas (one must have foosball), our own version of a cafe (Gaggia is our machine of choice), painted, crawled under desks, set up networks and otherwise moved, and drank beer. All good times, but the times, they are changing. Technology has allowed us to make this move. Our server is in the cloud with Egnyte we have VoIP phones, great Dell laptops, and see those kids above, they are now in 3rd and 5th grade. And the guy with hair, that is (was) me. So, going virtual does the following: - Let's me ride bikes with my kids to school before they stop kissing Dad and I become uncool (they claim it has already happened, I still think I'm cool).
- Saves money, a lot.
- Let's us use the latest technology that is now available for seamless remote working and collaboration.
- Saves time, gas and the environment - all good things.
- Allows us to be more available for you with the extra time and new technology.
Here are some pics of our 3 offices over the years - all on South Lamar, Austin, TX! |

Let's Talk
We are research and usability people. We like to talk about methodology, software, design, and the best way to cover 4 countries in 6 days with 2 groups in each country - and fitting in a nice dinner overlooking the Blue Mosque.
We travel the globe conducting market research and usability - have a question on a facility (we've probably been there), questions on how Tokyo purchasing differs from Hong Kong and how to control for that in a recruit (yep, we know) - just email or call us.
Give us a call - we are always happy to chat about methodology, ideas and research. It is what we do and love!
