Halftime in America?
If you watched the Super Bowl this year (along with 111 million others) you probably took special note of the commercials. Everyone has their favorite, and for me, it was the Chrysler ad featuring Cint Eastwood. To be honest, it didn't convince me to run out and buy a new car...but it did get me thinking......

..... thinking about the fireplace industry. We've taken a much bigger economic hit than the auto industry, with entire categories down as much as 70%. On top of that, we're battling the EPA, DOE, and CPSC, wasting precious resources that could be used to develop and market new products.
Those of you not in the hearth business, (furniture, lighting, kitchen and bath, carpeting, draperies, remodelers, home builders, interior designers, etc.....) are, no doubt, facing similar challenges.
It may be halftime for the auto industry..but it's late in the fourth quarter for the hearth industry. We need a bigger voice... we need a Clint Eastwood in our corner.

I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots, or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this exciterment I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well...do ya punk?
