Tip of the Month
Choosing Which Days to View
Outlook's default views let you quickly see your calendar for a specific Day, Work Week, Week, or Month. Did you know that you can also view specific days that aren't defined by one of these set increments, however?
Just drag over the dates within the date navigator (the small monthly calendar that displays beside the current calendar view). You can also hold down the Ctrl key and click individual dates in the date navigator to select or deselect them. When you use either of these methods, only the selected dates for your calendar display. To return to viewing another day or increment, click the appropriate view button on the Ribbon or toolbar.
To learn more about working with the Outlook calendar, attend the Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 calendar-related 90 Minute Workouts in our virtual classroom! |
